Teri Lynn Whitchurch

Teri Lynn is certified through the National
Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a
Personal Trainer. She believes in motivating
her clients through active involvement in
events such as the Fitness Challenge
through the city of Pleasant Hill Chamber.
Teri Lynn has provided her clients with the
training required to succeed in 5K races, half-
marathons, triathlons, and other events.

After graduating from Paris Beauty College
specializing in Aesthetics (skin  care) Teri
decided to further her knowledge on how the
body functions, so  went on to continue her
education at Diablo Valley College. She
began personal training after earning her
certification in Physical Education/Sports
Medicine from Diablo Valley College.

Highly motivated in her own pursuit of
physical fitness, she stays involved with
strength training and cardio fitness most
days of the week.

Teri Lynn is Licensed through the State of
California in Aesthetics & Manicuring,
certified by IDEA in addition to NASM.  She is
a certified Group Fitness Instructor through
the Aerobics and Fitness Association of
America, certified BootCamp Instructor by
FitTOUR, and Optimum Performance Trainer
for Weight Management, Seniors, and Youth
through NASM.
